Icebreak is designed to work without accounts, profiles or a record of what happens in your group.

At a glance

No accounts. No advertising. No analytics SDK. No answers or group activity collected. The public website is informational and the upcoming game runs as a native iPhone app.

The public website

The Icebreak website is a static marketing and support site. It does not offer browser gameplay, create an account, set an analytics cookie or store a pack selection in your browser.

What the iPhone app stores on your device

The app stores your 18-or-older confirmation, selected packs, recent card history and purchase entitlement state on your iPhone so rounds can work offline and avoid immediate repeats. It does not ask for or store your date of birth. Icebreak does not send this state to its own server.

What Icebreak does not collect

  • No name, email address or account details
  • No answers, votes, card history or group activity
  • No advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking
  • No precise or approximate location
  • No contacts, photos, microphone or camera data
  • No full payment-card details

Hosting and network records

Icebreak is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process standard network information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser details. Icebreak does not use these records to create player profiles or track behaviour across websites.

Purchases

The iPhone app can offer an Icebreak Plus unlock through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple processes the transaction under your Apple Account and provides the app with purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore access. Icebreak does not receive your full payment-card details.

Sharing

If you choose Share Icebreak, the app asks iOS to open its share sheet. The shared message includes a link to the public Icebreak website. Icebreak does not learn who you shared it with or which app you chose.

Analytics decision

Icebreak does not currently run Google Analytics or another product analytics service. A measurement plan exists for later testing, but tracking will not be enabled without a documented privacy decision and an updated version of this notice.

Age and children

Icebreak is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The app asks a player to confirm that they are at least 18 before play, but does not ask for an exact age or date of birth. That confirmation remains on the device. The service is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

This notice will be updated before adding analytics or other features that materially change data handling. The effective date at the top will change when that happens.
